ABOUT THE PROJECT

The Evergreen Hamlets at Fleetwood was in need of some new flooring in various areas of their facility, and preferred to deal with a single company that could handle all of their needs – so they called us!

We installed new flooring all over the facility:

  • In the Dining Room and Office areas, we installed Polyflor’s Forest fx PUR sheet vinyl to give the warm, rich appearance of wood with the supreme durability and cleanability of vinyl.
  • In the elevators and entrance areas, we installed Altro Walkway 20 safety flooring for outstanding resistance to slip-and-fall accidents.
  • In the resident washroom areas, we installed Armstrong Medintech sheet vinyl, a premier product backed by 25 years of performance in sterile and aseptic areas within medical environments.

But before we could install the new flooring, we had to repair a settlement crack in the concrete substrate – which was no problem due to our experience with concrete flooring.  We handled the entire job from start to finish, and it went off without a snag – perfectly!
